Our Mission

To provide a reliable, easy-to-use POS and back-office suite that works anywhere, anytime. We believe technology should simplify operations, not complicate them, and help teams move faster with fewer tools.

Our Vision

We envision every business operating with enterprise-grade tools for sales, inventory, purchasing, accounting workflows, and multi-store growth. Our offline-first approach ensures continuity whether you're in a busy city or a low-connectivity region.

Our Values

Reliability

Build systems you can depend on, every single day.

Simplicity

Make complex technology accessible and easy to use.

Innovation

Continuously improve and adapt to changing needs.

Qatar

Built for retail realities in Qatar

Payment, tax, and operating needs vary by market, so Sandooq highlights capabilities that matter in this country.

Ready for Qatar VAT activation

Tax-invoice structure already in place for Qatar's pending VAT framework: configurable rate, TRN field, Arabic-English line breakdown, and a switch in the dashboard to activate VAT on the day the General Tax Authority issues final rules โ€” no migration, no replatform, no downtime when the regime turns on.

Bilingual Arabic-first workflows

Arabic-first interface tuned to the Qatari market with English fallback for international staff working in West Bay, The Pearl, and Lusail. Cashier shortcuts, supplier-facing screens, and customer receipts all read right-to-left correctly without Latin-glyph leakage, including for proper nouns mixed with English brand names.

Multi-currency for tourist-heavy zones

Accept QAR, USD, EUR, and SAR at the counter for West Bay hotel retail, Lusail boulevard boutiques, and souk shops near the Corniche where cruise and conference visitors expect to pay in their home currency. Daily rates set centrally; receipts show both the local total and the tendered amount.

Offline-first checkout

Sell during outages โ€” common during major events at Lusail Stadium or in older parts of Souq Waqif where connectivity is uneven. Transactions queue locally on the terminal and sync in order when the network returns. No lost sales, no manual re-keying, no awkward conversations with waiting customers.

Multi-store from Doha out

Centralized inventory and reporting across Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, and Al Rayyan stores with inter-branch transfers, consolidated supplier purchasing, and per-store user permissions. One back-office login covers the chain; cashiers see only their branch's stock and report, owners see the consolidated picture.
