What you can try
Use the till freely and in any order. The optional guide above the till suggests a short path through it.

Find and add products
Search in English or Arabic, browse the categories, pick a coffee size or weigh fruit by the kilo, and change quantities in the cart.

Discounts, customers and carts
Take an amount or a percentage off one line or the whole cart, choose a sample customer, and keep more than one cart open.

Cash in the shop's currency
Pay with the number pad or the quick cash buttons. The Lebanon and Syria sample shops take dollars, their pound or both. The till works out the change.

Receipt, stock and takings
Open the receipt, then Today on this till for the day's takings and items sold. Stock badges and the stock table change with every sale.
What the sandbox does not do
The sandbox runs the Sandooq till on sample data, not on your own shop. Keep in mind:
- Products, prices, stock and customers are sample figures, and so are the exchange rates in the two-currency shops: 89,500 Lebanese pounds or 130 Syrian pounds to the dollar.
- The sample shop follows the country your connection appears to come from, and the picker above the till changes it. Bahrain and Oman are priced in US dollars, as the till does not run a shop whose main currency has three decimals.
- Practice sales are kept in this browser only. Reset demo restores the sample stock and empties the carts; clearing your browser data does the same.
- Returns, closing the cash drawer, card and account payments, and receipt printing work in the real till but are not part of this sandbox. Voice ordering is not shown.
- The sandbox is available in English and Arabic.
